ADefHelpDesk a DotNetNuke Help Desk / Ticket Tracker module
- Requires DotNetNuke 4.4 or higher, SQL 2005 or higher, and ASP.NET 3.5 installed on the server

- Added the ability for Assigned users and Administrators to enter work hours
- Now allows Administrator to turn off the ability to upload file attachments for anonymous users and non administrators
- Fixed bug where Update and Email Requestor link did not always show
- Fixed error that wrote to the logs that a Requestor was assigning a ticket when the Requestor was only posting a comment
- Fixed bug that would not return a search on a Ticket description if the Ticket did not have a detail record
- Search results page will no longer error out if a role has been deleted that had tickets assigned to it
