ADefHelpDesk a DotNetNuke Help Desk / Ticket Tracker module

  • Requires DotNetNuke 4.4 or higher, SQL 2005 or higher, and ASP.NET 3.5 installed on the server
  • Important: When installing on DotNetNuke 4, Keys must be added to the web.config first Please read instructions at this link
  • If installing on DotNetNuke 5.1 or higher use the directions at this link

Updates in the Version:

  • Fix misspelling of “hass” on emails
  • If a user is logged in and clicks on a link in an email for an anonymous Ticket they were not able to access it
  • When an admin creates a Ticket and assigns it to a group that group is now notified
