Release Notes

ADefHelpDesk a DotNetNuke Help Desk / Ticket Tracker module

  • Requires DotNetNuke 4.9 or higher, SQL 2005 or higher, and ASP.NET 3.5 installed on the server
  • Important: When installing on DotNetNuke 4, Keys must be added to the web.config first Please read instructions at this link
  • If installing on DotNetNuke 5.1 or higher use the directions at this link

Updates in the Version:

  • Added numeric paging on the search page
  • Added First and Last paging buttons
  • Allows page size to be set
  • Increased size of comments box
  • Requester will now have a link in the comment notification emails that lead directly to the Ticket
  • Will not display Tags label if there are no Tags available
  • Fixed missing Localization keys

The zip file contains the package that will install or upgrade

I downloaded this helpdesk last week and have played with it a few times. Having used the rather expensive and incredibly slow OnTime 2008, I am going to switch over to ADefHelpDesk. I am looking out for bugs or things to report, but so far I have found none. Software like you like it, install and start working immediately. thanks
